Jo is a CIMSPA (The Chartered Institute for Management of Sport and Physical Activity) level 4 specialist trainer with over 20 years of experience as a Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor. She is passionate about helping people achieve their physical goals and wellbeing.

Jo’s aim is to provide a personalised service tailored to your needs, she promotes the importance of lifestyle factors, sleep patterns, nutrition and stress management in recovering from musculoskeletal or women’s health conditions.

“I’ve always enjoyed teaching all aspects of fitness from spinning to yoga but particularly enjoy teaching Pilates and merging the Pilates principles with tangible everyday whole body movement.

Whilst I have specialisms in a variety of fitness areas, I feel that the common thread throughout my work revolves around reconnecting with the core and creating a foundation from which to live our physical lives to the best of our potential whether that be carrying the grandchildren , sorting out a mummy tummy or running a marathon.”
