Jo’s sessions will help you understand what you need to do to retrain your core muscles – whether you’re 6 weeks post partum or are driving the kids to university!
During pregnancy our bodies undergo enormous physiological changes and some of these remain after birth leading to the need to retrain breathing strategies, core muscle contractions and the intrinsic ability of our core and pelvic floor muscles to manage our daily life sustainably. Left untrained this can lead to stress incontinence, urge incontinence, prolapse or still-looking-pregnant tummies.
Jo will help give you the tools to take back control of your body and provide you with strategies for sustainable results.
With focus and hard work we can restore the function and strength of the core. Sessions are suitable for mums from their 6 week post partum check-up onwards.
After completing a pre-screening questionnaire which helps form the basis of your tailored programme we will go through the foundations to help establish correct breathing and core strategies.
During each session we’ll work on exercises and techniques to help you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor. Alongside the exercises, each week you’ll receive coaching (in the form of a PDF and discussion during our session) to support the restoration process as follows:

- Motherhood Movement Patterns
- Next Steps
Sessions are 40 minutes at a time that suits you. A block of 5 sessions is £200
